Total Value Of Amc Is Limited To 38, 31, 378.82/- Onlyincl. Gstfor 02 Years. Rs. 16, 63, 335.80/- For The Year 2024-25 And Rs. 21, 68, 043.02/- For The Year 2025-26. The Tenderer Shall Not Quote The Total Value Not Mo Re Than The Advertised Value Of The Amc. Charges For The Same Shall Be Paid As Agreed In The Contract. Note: 1. The Rates For Service Engineer Charges In Annexure - A Attached To The Tender Document. Are To Be Filled, Signed A Nd Uploaded To The Tender Document. Labour Charges For Repair Of Different Pcbs 2. Tenderer Should Thoroughly R Ead The Tender Document, Special Condition Of The Contract Attached To The Tender Schedule. As Per The Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Warranty For All New Spare Parts, Except Wear And Tear Items And Consumable Items Ar E To Be Warranted For A Period Of 6 Six Months From The Date Of Supply Against Any Manufacturing Defects And P Oor Workmanship. For Repairs The Contractor Has To Provide Warranty/ Guarantee For 6 Months From The Date Of Re Pair Against Poor Workman Ship And Defective Manufacturing Parts. The Firm Has To Quote Rs. 16, 63, 335.00. Incl Uding Gst For The 1St Year 2024-2025 And Rs. 21, 68, 043.02. Including Gst For The 2Nd Year 2025-2026.
