Supply is intended to cover the design, manufacture, assembly and testing at manufacturer’s works before dispatch, packing, forwarding, transportation and delivery of the specified VCB at site/stores. Installation, testing and commissioning shall include successful erection and operation of the above VCB for efficient and trouble-free operation
