There should be soft start & soft stop arrangements (smooth acceleration & smooth deceleration) compatible for the passengers and should have standby illumination & auto rescue system in case of power failure as per CPWD specification/system (2003) (which include cludes IS 14665 (Part-1): 2000) along with all works required to be e done for successful operation of ift. There should be system. of Soft key operation and rescue alarm as per latest specification etc. in the event of an emergency, passengers can quickly and easily access emergency communication buttons to alert staff or summon immediate assistance, ensure Passenger safety. Electrical Energy efficient hoist mechanism to be employed On completion of work, the commissioning report should be submitted by the concemed bidder as per CPWD specification and inspection should be conducted as per IS-14665 (Part-1): 2000 or latest amendments. The bidder must provide the license of installed lift from concerned IEC. The lift company should have local office within the city with technical manpower. Supporting documents in this regards are mandatory to be submitted during along bid.
