Note: Subject To Regularization Of Special Train Services Into Regular Train Services And Subject To Originating And Destination Stations, Path, Type And Service Being Same And Subject To Any Other Departmental & Technical Feasibility This Contract Shall Be Applicable For The Regular Train Service. It Should Be Noted That The Tender Is For Already Running Passenger Special Express Train Starting With 0 Number And Railway Administration Reserves The Full And Absolute Rights To Short Terminate These Tenders/Contracts At Any Point Of Time Or For Taking Any Decision Regarding The Discontinuation/Continuation Of These Tenders/Contracts With Modified/Additional Terms And Conditions Depending Upon The Continuation /Discontinuation Of These Special Trains Or Commencement Of Corresponding Regular Trains Services
