Without The Evidence, The Offer Could Not Be Evaluated And Passed Over Without Any Notice. 2. Traders Need Not Participat E In The Tender. 3. If Any Dealers Authorized By Oem To Participate In This Tender Against Particular Tender Number Is Not Acceptable And The Authorization Will Be Taken As Invalid One. 4.
